Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Your Highest Timeline course and any related digital products, services, or content (collectively, the "Services") offered by Auramour LLC, doing business as Venus Conjure ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Services, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Services

Your Highest Timeline is an educational course covering Solomonic and Kabbalistic angelic candle-magick practices, delivered as digital video, written, and reference materials accessible through our website or designated course platform. The Services are sold for educational and personal-development purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Services. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide (name, email, billing details) is accurate and current.

3. Purchases and Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Access to course content is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
• The Company reserves the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time; changes do not affect a purchase already completed.

4. License to Use Course Materials

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from any course content, including seals, scripts, PDFs, videos, or proprietary teaching methods, without our prior written consent.

5. No Professional or Medical Advice

The Services are spiritual and educational in nature. Nothing provided through the Services constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional for matters requiring such advice. Results from spiritual practice are personal and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Refunds

All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, set out below and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services - including text, video, audio, graphics, seals, sigils, and course design - is the property of Auramour LLC / Venus Conjure and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action.

8. Account Access and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a customer's access to the Services, without refund, if we determine in good faith that the customer has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent payment activity, or attempted to share or redistribute course materials without authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auramour LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Polk County, Florida.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of the Your Highest Timeline course and related digital products sold by Auramour LLC, doing business as Venus Conjure.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate and irrevocable access granted to digital course content upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted, except as required by applicable law.

2. Why We Have This Policy

Your Highest Timeline consists of proprietary digital teachings, including original written material, seals, and instructional content that cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded. This no-refund policy protects the integrity of that intellectual property.

3. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error - for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount - contact us at support@venusconjure.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review and correct verified billing errors.

4. Chargebacks

Customers are asked to contact us directly to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Because course materials are non-returnable digital content that has been delivered upon purchase, we will contest chargebacks filed for reasons other than a documented billing or processing error, and may provide records of access and delivery to the payment processor or card network as evidence.

5. Subscription or Payment Plan Purchases

If a purchase is split into installment payments, the no-refund policy applies to each installment individually. Access to course content does not depend on completion of all installments unless otherwise stated at checkout; installment payments remain due regardless of course usage.

6. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, make an exception to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions do not waive or modify this policy for any other purchase.

2. Order Confirmation

Upon successful purchase, the customer receives an automated order confirmation email containing: a summary of the purchase, the amount charged, the date of purchase, and instructions or a link for accessing course content. This confirmation also references the Terms of Service and Refund Policy above.

Customers with questions about billing, access, or course content may contact us at support@venusconjure.com. We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 2 business days.

4. Privacy and Data Use

We collect only the information necessary to process a purchase and deliver course access: name, email address, and payment information (handled directly by our payment processor - we do not store full card numbers). This information is not sold to third parties. It is used solely for order fulfillment, customer support, and, where the customer has opted in, marketing communications, which can be unsubscribed from at any time.

5. Content Usage and Anti-Sharing Policy

Course materials are licensed to the individual purchaser only. Sharing login credentials, redistributing course files, or reselling access is a violation of the Terms of Service and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Age Restriction

Your Highest Timeline is intended for adult customers (18+). We do not knowingly sell to or collect information from minors.

7. Policy Updates

This Company Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. The most current version will always be made available at checkout and on our website.
